CAYAN DEVELOPMENT

Situated as the number one service provider for design and project management in real estate, we assume the role of either landlord, or a real estate design and project management expert on the behalf of third-party customers.

The responsibilities and functions tied to this aspect of our business includes project management, design, finance, marketing, human resources, business development, administration, and the business development of operations throughout the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

CAYAN HOMES

Responsible as the service provider for leasing, sales, and property management, this sector of our business is not only responsible for pursuing the brokerage services connected to the Cayan Development product inventory, but it also seeks to resell properties within existing Cayan developments, and oversee product inventory for third-party developments too. We're also experts at managing the product inventory of third-party developments where Cayan can maintain exclusive or partial access to all information about leasing and sales mandates.

CAYAN COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

As service providers for customer management, relationships and care for pre-and post-handovers of:

  • Property asset management
  • Facility management
  • Home owner association management
  • Collection of payment installments
  • Sales and purchase agreement preparations
  • Issuance of title deeds
  • Dealing with UAE authorities
  • Terminations due to default payments
  • RERA driven documentations
  • Warranty service standards
  • Customer/Community Relations management related to collection of service fees, distributing newsletters, and managing community events.
From issuing title deeds to dealing with authorities and managing default payments, Cayan has a hand in supporting every home in our area.

CAYAN HOSPITALITY

We can also help with carrying out direct investments, or conceptualizing, designing, and operating on the behalf of hospitality products, solutions, and services in our area. Our services include but are not limited to health and wellness spas, retail, restaurants, and serviced apartments around the community. Many of the services that we offer from this subsidiary are outsourced, except for development, design, and marketing which can be handled in-house by the Cayan group. However, when we do outsource work, we ensure that the businesses we collaborate with meet the same stringent standards that dictate our own work.

CAYAN ASSETS

Cayan is the assigned subsidiary group that will retain all assets owned by our brand while providing leaseback services to other companies and businesses owned under our legal structure. Liability is limited to signing tenancy contracts.
